Diagnosis Coder
Video
- Login to WebPams.
- Select Health from the buttons on the left side of the screen.
- Select Loaders under the Health program area on the left of the screen.
- Select Diagnosis Coder.
- The setup box will appear on the screen.
Setup Box Options
- Verify the Year. It will default to current year.
- Verify the District and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
- Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
c. Ethnic-select the ethnicity(s) to be loaded d. Gender-select the gender needed for the loaded e. As of Date-date for the loader-will default to today`s date-the date may be changed by clicking on the calendar to the right of the cell f. Only Undiagnosed-click in the square to the left of Only Undiagnosed to select students that have no diagnosis g. Dx Code-click in the cell to get a list of Diagnosis Coded-Click in the square to left of “Value” to select all code numbers and the corresponding description-User may select the Diagnosis Codes and Descriptions needed by clicking in the square to the left of the Code number-Click OK once the selections have been made h. Consults From-make the selection by clicking on the calendar to the left of the Consults From to select the month, day, and year for the From date i. Consults To- make the selection by clicking on the calendar to the left of the Consults To select the month, day, and year for the To date j. OK-click the OK button to begin the program
