Rollover Contracts

This program will allow you to roll employee contracts from one year to the new year.

On the left navigation panel, select Human Resources, Entry and Roll Over Contracts.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Year from -
• Year To -
• District - This option limits the contracts to only those
• Schools - This option limits the school numbers use for the copy process.
• Object Code -
• Function Code -
• Job Class -
• Do not rollover contract if a new year record already exists

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.
