Testing List
The Testing List program will generate rosters for teachers to use when coding student test booklets for state testing. Use the directions below to generate these lists.

How-to create a Testing List for teachers
Select Lists found under the Student Master program area on the left side of the screen. Select Testing List.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Check the Include SSN Number if this number is needed for completing student test answer sheets.
- Show only courses with final weight from the Course Catalog, if a list for EOC testing list is needed.
Order To List-There is a choice of five selections to choose from-
- Alpha Order, Grade Order, Homeroom Order, Counselor Order, and Classroom Order.
- Classroom Order-Once this is selected the user will get a a Classroom Order setup box.
- Teacher-Click in the cell to get a pick list of teachers to choose.
- Class Periods-Click in the cell to get a pick list of periods to choose.
- Semesters-Click in the cell to get a pick list of Semesters to choose.
- As of Date-A date may be chosen by clicking on the calendar to select the As of Date.
- Classroom Order-Once this is selected the user will get a a Classroom Order setup box.
- Use the check boxes to further limit the students to be selected for the report.
- Show Multi-Ethnic as M
- Only Show Exceptionality Code
- Only Show 504 Condition Code
- Show Sped classroom Accommodations
- Show Sped Testing Accommodations
- Show Detailed Accommodations
- Sped selection: All, Sped Only, Non Sped
- 504 selection: All, 504 Only, Non 504
- OK-Click OK to move to the other parts of the main setup box.
Column: Click in the cell to choose the columns to be shown in the report. Print Break Order-If one of the first four choices in the Order to List is chosen, there are three choices in the Print Break Order. None, Homeroom Order, and Counselor Order
- If Classroom Order was chosen in the Order To List, the user will see five selections: None, Homeroom Order, Section Order, Teacher Order or Counselor Order.
Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headings
- Student Name--Name of student
- Sidno--local ID number of student
- Address--mailing address of student
- City--city
- State--state
- Zip--zip code
- Phone--student's phone number
- School--school where student is enrolled
- Grade--grade assignment for student
- Gen--gender of student
- Eth--ethnicity of student; if letter M is in this cell, the student has been identified as multiple ethnics
- Homeroom Teacher--student's homeroom teacher
- Counselor--counselor assignment
- BDate--student's date of birth
- SSN--student's social security number; inclusion is optional
- State ID--ID used at the state for identification purposes.
- *The State ID can be updated by importing a file from the LA DOE SIS website. Go to the State ID Loader page to learn more.
- Spec Code--special codes assigned to students
- Title I--indicator whether or not a student is receiving Title I services
- Age--age of student
- Lunch--free/reduced/paid status lunch code
- LEP--indicator whether or not a student is identified as Limited English Proficiency
- SE--Special Education
- Exceptionality--SE category
- LAA--indicator whether a student has been identified as alternate assessment
- 504--indicator whether a student has an active 504 student
- 504 Condition--disability related to the 504 status
- ACC 1--ACC 6--504 accommodation(s)
- Mig--indicator whether a student is a migrant student
- HM--indicator whether a student is homeless
- SIS School--site code reported to the state during the SIS submission process periods
- Base School---site where student is enrolled during summer school; if it is during a regular school session both SIS school and Base School will be the same.
