How-to

On the left navigation panel, select Attendance, Lists, and RollCall Verification.

For this report to work correctly, all teachers need to use the same method; either the Homeroom button or the Class button when they are using the Attendance part of their gradebook.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Exclude Remote--Exclude remote classes that are scheduled to the school
  • For Show select whether to have the report show those who have taken roll, Roll Call Taken, or those who have not taken roll, Roll Call Not Taken
  • Check the box Use Homeroom if homeroom class is when roll call is recorded
  • Click in the field to the right of Class Period to select the period in which to review roll call taken or not
  • Click in the field to the right of Course Name to select the course in which to review roll call taken or not

Click OK

Based on the setup options selected, a list of teachers will appear on the screen.


To Print this Report

Click the print button at the bottom of the page and a print preview window will appear.

To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.

Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.

Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.


Click Email Count to e-mail a lunch count to the cafeteria

  • to-email address for the person receiving the email
  • from-email address of the person sending the email
  • Subject-defaults to a brief description of the email
