Pressure Sealed Short Form List

This program lets you print a Student Information Verification Form for mailing.

1. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists.
2. Under Lists, select Pressure Sealed Short Form List and the setup box will appear.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
   • Show JComm on Printout--checking this box lets parents opt out of jcall communications
   • Show PSN on Printout--Show Personal Security Number
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.
6. Check the box to the left of school to select all students or check individual students.

To Print this Report

1. Click the print button at the bottom and a print preview window will appear.
2. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
3. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
4. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
