Parent Contact Count

This Parent Contact Count program gives a count of contacts made by a teacher and the method of contact used by the teacher.

1. On the left, click on Student Master.
2. Under "Counts", select "Parent Contact Count"
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. Active Only--The system defaults to a check in the box indicating Active Only. If this box is unchecked all students will be selected.
5. Date--The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
6. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. District--State district number
2. School--School number in the district
3. Staff Name--Name of staff that made contact with the parent/guardian.
4. Staff ID--ID number of the staff member generated from HR.
5. By Mail--Total contacts made by Mail.
6. By Phone--Total contacts made by Phone.
7. By Letter--Total contacts made by Letter.
8. By Conference--Total contacts made by Conference.
9. Home Visit--Total contacts made by Home Visits.
10. Other--Total contacts made by Other.
11. No Contact--Total number where No Contact was made.
12. Total--Total number of Contact Made.

===To Print this Report Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. The default print option will be PDF. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview. Help--The Help button is not activated at this time.
