Consecutive Absence Report

This program displays a list of students with a specific number of consecutive absences as indicated in the setup box values. The program will also provide a means of printing letters to parents/guardians notifying them of their child's attendance status.

1. Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
   • Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions to the number of absences entered here
     • • greater than or equal (>=)
       • equal (=)
       • less than or equal (<=)
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.
