4. To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
5. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
   • 1. Check October 1st Form to have only data required for October 1st submission displayed
     2. Check Only Students Age 5 to 17 to display only students from age 5 to 17 on the report
6. Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box
7. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
8. By clicking Print, you will be given a box that allows you to make a choice of saving or printing in different formats
   • By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed

• Control + Click
