Entering Program Codes video

How-to

  1. Click on "Student Master" under "Entry"
  2. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  3. Click "OK"
  4. Find a student using the “Find” button
  5. Click on the “Programs” tab at the bottom of the page
  6. Click in the cell under Program and choose a program
  7. If needed, add an “area/reason/score” to describe the program
  8. Use the calendar to add the “begin date” that the student entered the program
  9. If needed, choose a “begin type” to add a program start type code
  10. Use the calendar to add the “end date” that the student exited the program
  11. If needed, choose an “end type” to add a program end type code
  12. If “services” are required, place a check mark here
  13. If there is a person referring the student to a program, click in the cell and choose their name from “Staff Find One Box”
  14. If there is a person approving the student’s entry to a program, click in the cell and choose their name from “Staff Find One Box”
  15. Use the calendar to add the “refer date”
  16. Use the “refer site” to choose the site referring to the program
  17. Click on the green “Save” at the end of the row to save
  18. To delete, click in the red “delete” button at the beginning of the row
