Show SPC Pre-Request School - Check to show SPC pre=request school.

Select Grades - Allows the district to select the grade(s) to show on registration system application. Can be left blank for all grades.

Disable Import - Check to disable the importing of health information from previous school/district. Any information the parent has entered will be available on the application, but will not be imported.

Note - When the user clicks on re-enroll this note (message) will appear.
