History - Pediculosis

The History - Pediculosis tab is to allow nurses to enter information containing lice screening results to be entered or edited on a single student.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Date - The date that the screening was performed.
• Follow Up Date - The date of the follow up appointment.
• Pass - Indicates if was a pass or fail.
• Grade - Student's actual grade level for current school year
• RF - Who referred the student for screening.
• Comments - Nurse note/comment.
• Nurse - The nurse doing the screening.
