On the left navigation panel, click on Grades, Entry, then WebGradebook.
At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the School Year and Teacher. Choose the Course and Marking Period.
Click Reports at the top of WebGradebook, then hover over Rosters. A new menu list will appear at the right, select Student Permissions.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Video/Photo - Yes/No permission to video/photograph the student.
- Internet - Yes/No permission for the student to access Internet while on campus.
- Public List - Yes/No permission to remove student from public lists.
- AUP - Yes/No permission for Acceptable Use Policy. (if a student has signed their AUP)
- Consent - It shows student's permission for the school district to provide their personally identifiable information to the LADOE.
- DNC - Do Not Consent
- CON - Consent
