Obtain Feeder Students

How-to

1. Open WebPams, select "Scheduling" from the left side of the screen
2. Under "Entry", select "Obtain Feeder Students"
3. Verify Setup information:
   • Click in the field to choose "Export Students from Year" (ex. 1112)
   • Click in the field to choose "Export Students to Year" (ex. 1213)
   • "Sending School" should be defaulted based on your security
   • Click in the field to choose "Receiving School"
   • Click in the field to choose "Student Grades to Process"; if grade -1 is selected, a codes list for preK students to be rolled up will appear on the screen; uncheck any code for which a preK student will not promote to Kindergarten; then click ok
   • Click in the field to choose "SBLC Codes to Process", select the SBLC codes for student transfer selection; any student with NO SBLC code, or with a SBLC code you select will be transferred to the destination school.
   • Review questions and check or uncheck as needed:
     1. "Upgrade Grade of Students Who Passed"
     2. "Replace Matching Student Grades"
     3. "Clear out Bus Numbers"
     4. "Match on Next School Only"
4. Click "Proceed"
