- This program will display a list of students with at least one absentee record with a date that is a non-instructional date.
- Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
- Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions
- greater than or equal (>=) the number of absences
- equal (=) the number of absences
- less than or equal (<=) the number of absences
- Select the Letter to be printed. The list of available letters comes from the Letters module under the Student Master section on the left side of the screen.
- Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
