How to
These instructions will provide a list of Day Care Students with the type of day care and the day care company/facility.
- Select Lists under the Student Master area on the left of the screen.
- Select Day Care List and the Setup Box will appear.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- Click Ok to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- School--School in which the student is currently enrolled.
- Last Name--Student's last name.
- First Name--Student's first name.
- Sidno--Local student identification number.
- GD--Grade level of the student.
- Gen--Gender of the student.
- Eth--Ethnicity of the student.
- Lunch--Lunch code of the student: LU1--free, LU2--reduced, LU3--paid, LU4--F/R lunch application rejected (Paid).
- SPED--Special education exceptionality.
- Teacher--Homeroom teacher to which the student has been assigned.
- EDate--Entry date that the student enrolled in your school.
- LDate--Leave date if the student is no longer an active student based on the as-of-date used on the setup box.
- Zip--Postal zipcode for the student.
- DCode--Day Care code.
- DName--Daycare facility name.
To Print this report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
