YOU MUST HAVE A BELL SCHEDULE TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM WORK CORRECTLY

  1. On the left, Click on Attendance.
  2. Under Count, select Attendance By Course And History.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
    • Place a check in the Only box to limit to that school only
    • From and To dates are to be set for your needs using the calendar or the drop down boxes
  5. Full Threshold: Enter number of days being searched for in two or four semester courses.
    • Select greater than/equal to option.
  6. Half Threshold: Enter number of days being searched for in one semester courses.
    • Select greater than/equal to the number of absences to be shown.
  7. Select codes to be skipped by clicking in the rectangle and then selecting the codes.
  8. Leave the student ID blank for all students to be selected or place checks by the student(s) needed
  9. The six small squares below the student ID number number field can be selected as needed by the school (normally the squares show Half/Full totals in history)
  10. Select either Address or Signature to be printed on the letters created by this report.
  11. Select the Grading Periods by clicking in the rectangle and then selecting the appropriate grading period(s).
