Address Editor

This program allows the user to edit all the information concerning addresses for a students. These addresses are for parents, guardians, and person(s)` listed as emergency contact.

1. Select Student Master on the panel on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Loaders, select Address Editor.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
5. Address Filter--User may type in the cell to filter the address(es).(Ex. Youree-This would select all of the street names that contain that word)
6. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. School-School ID number
2. Student Name--Name of student
3. Sidno--Student ID number
4. Save--Click in the cell once all changes have been made to save each individual line
5. Mail Address 1--Address line one of student
6. Mail Address 2--Address line two of student
7. Mail City-City for mailing address
8. Mail State--State for mailing address
9. Mail Zip--Zip code for mailing address
10. Mail Zip4--Zip code plus four
11. Phy Address1--Address line one for the student
12. Phy Address2--Address line two for the student(ex. apartment #)
13. PhyCity--Physical city for the mailing address
14. PhyState--Physical state for the mailing address
15. PhyZip--Physical zip code for the mailing address
16. PhyZip4--Zip code plus four
17. EmergAddress1--Address line one for emergency notification
18. EmergAddress2--Address line two for emergency notification(ex. apartment #)
19. EmergCity-City location for emergency notification person(s)
20. EmergState--State for emergency notification person(s)
21. EmergZip--Zip code for emergency notification person(s)
22. EmergZip4--Zip code plus four
23. GMailAddress1--Address line one for guardian(s)
24. GMailAddress2--Address line two for guardian(s)(ex. apartment #)
25. GMailCity--City location for guardian(s)
26. GMailState--State for the guardian(s) address
27. GPhyAddress--Address line one for the guardian(s)
28. GPhyAddress2--Address line two for the guardian(s)(ex. apartment #)
29. GPhyCity--Guardian(s) physical city
30. GPhyState--Guardian(s) physical state
31. GPhyZip--Guardian(s) physical zip code
32. GPhyZip4--Zip code plus four
33. MAddress1--Mother`s address line one
34. MAddress2--Mother`s address line two(ex. apartment #)
35. MCity--City for mother`s address
36. MState--State for mother`s address
37. MZip--Zip code for mother`s address
38. MZip4--Zip code plus four
39. FAddress1--Father`s address line one
