How-to
- On the left navigation, the Student Master section should be open. Click on Lists
- Under Lists select Birthday List.
- To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- For Choose, select either Option 1 or Option 2. These choices refer to the options below:
- Option 1 - Within Date Range asks for a date range to search within. Be sure to change the year.
- Option 2 - Specific Month and/or Day Range allows for a month to be chosen, regardless of year, to search within.
- Check Use Day to set a day range within the month selected
- For Choose, select either Option 1 or Option 2. These choices refer to the options below:
- Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired.
- A list of students with birthdays based on the settings of the setup box will appear. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
- By clicking Print, you will be given a box that allows you to make a choice of saving or printing in different formats
- By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed
- Click + Drag
- Control + Click
