This Parent Contact Count program gives a count of contacts made by a teacher and the method of contact used by the teacher.
Getting Started
- On the left, click on Student Master.
- Under "Counts", select "Parent Contact Count"
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- Active Only--The system defaults to a check in the box indicating Active Only. If this box is unchecked all students will be selected.
- Date--The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- District--State district number
- School--School number in the district
- Staff Name--Name of staff that made contact with the parent/guardian.
- Staff ID--ID number of the staff member generated from HR.
- By Mail--Total contacts made by Mail.
- By Phone--Total contacts made by Phone.
- By Letter--Total contacts made by Letter.
- By Conference--Total contacts made by Conference.
- Home Visit--Total contacts made by Home Visits.
- Other--Total contacts made by Other.
- No Contact--Total number where No Contact was made.
- Total--Total number of Contact Made.
Working with the Report
To Print this Report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
Help--The Help button is not activated at this time.
