Name

NOTE - If the district has rules in place for not allowing changes in demographic fields (from Control Panel > Student tab > Name is Disabled for SPC) make sure update to SPC follows them and does not allow changes to LName, FName, MName, Suffix, BDay, SSN, Ethnic, SecEthnic, Grade if is true

Select Grades - This allows the district to select the grade(s) to show on the registration system application. Leave blank for all grades.

Language - Click on the drop down to choose another language.

Instructions:

Disable for ORS - Check to disable for ORS.

Disable for SPC - Check to disable for SPC.

Show SPC Pre-Request School - Check to show SPC pre=request school.

Disable Import - Check to disable the importing of health information from previous school/district. Any information the parent has entered will be available on the application, but will not be imported to the Health system. The below message will appear.
