  1. Click the Reports button at the top of the window.
  2. Select Parent Contact Counts by Staff/Student.
  3. Enter From and To Dates.
  4. Click OK.
    • Email - Total number of contacts made by email
    • Phone - Total number of contacts made by phone calls
    • Letter - Total number of contacts made by letter
    • Conference - Total number of contacts made by having a conference
    • Home Visit - Total number of contacts made by home visits
    • Note - Total number of contacts made by school notes or teacher notes
    • Other - Total number of contacts made by means other than the above mentioned
    • No Contact - total number where no contact was made
    • Total - Total number of contacts made
  5. You can toggle the tabs at the bottom of the report to view the list as By Teacher, By Student or By Grade.
  6. Print will allow the user to print the report.
