Setup Box Options

  1. To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
  2. For other columns not listed in the common column list:
    • For Choose, select either Option 1 or Option 2. These choices refer to the options below:
      1. Option 1 - Within Date Range asks for a date range to search within. Be sure to change the year.
      2. Option 2 - Specific Month and/or Day Range allows for a month to be chosen, regardless of year, to search within.
        • Check Use Day to set a day range within the month selected
  3. Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired.
  4. A list of students with birthdays based on the settings of the setup box will appear. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
  5. By clicking Print, you will be given a box that allows you to make a choice of saving or printing in different formats
  6. By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed
    • Click + Drag: Selects adjacent rows to be printed.
    • Control + Click: Selects individual rows to be printed.
