Exit a Student Video

How-to

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Entry and Student Master.

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Find Only Active Students - Only currently enrolled students without a leave date.
  • Grades - You can search by grade level.

Click OK

After finding the student in the Student Master, either through the find button or the search bar, click on the Leave Date field to begin the process of exiting a student.

Click on the drop down menu to the right of Leave Code to select the appropriate exit code.

Click in the field to the right of Leave Date, from the calendar, select the first nonattendance date as the leave date for the student.

Enter the Transferred To information if known and also date records request sent.

Click Close

If all information is correct, click Save
