Video How-to
How-to Find a Student using the Find Button
On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Entry and Student Master.
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Find Only Active Students - Only currently enrolled students without a leave date.
- Grades - You can search by grade level.
Click OK
At the bottom of the Student Master screen is a button labeled Find. Click this button to get a box with a list of students in alphabetical order.
By using the keyboard or the keypad at the top of the student list, type the last name in the search box or scroll down the list of students and click on the appropriate name. The student's demographics will appear on the screen.
