Print Master Schedule with Room video

How-to

  1. Select Scheduling, List and Print Master Schedule with Room.
  1. A setup box appears with the district defaulted.

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

  1. Click OK.
  2. The headers will contain (Teacher name, Period 1 through Period 8, Room and Grade).
  3. Listed under each period is the scheduled course.
  4. Click Print and a Print Document box appears. Make the selection of pdf, xls, csv, or HTML, then click print. A print preview will appear. Click on the printer icon in the bottom right corner and then click Print again.
