Entering Special Codes video

How-to

1. Click on "Student Master" under "Entry"
2. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
3. Click "OK"
4. Find a student using the “Find” button
5. Click in the “Special Codes” field to get the “Special Codes Info” box
6. Click on the arrow to choose one (or more) “Special Codes”
7. Breakfast, lunch or other information may be added at the bottom
8. Click “Close”
9. Click “Save”

Note: COD and OM1 both send a options code of 4 to the state. You can use either one interchangeably.
