This program will allow you to fast load sport codes to students and also post date ranges that correspond with the sport season.

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Filter Dates - Set the From and To Date to display the sport codes and then correspond to the dates of different sport seasons.

After clicking on the Mass button, choose the students you want to mark with a sport. Select dates and codes to post. The students will be listed on the left side of the screen with sports codes listed on the right.

Assign individual students or a small group of students to a Sport using the following steps.

1. Click in the blank sport field beside the name(s) of the student(s) that participate in the same sport.
2. An asterisk (*) will appear in the field.
3. After selecting the students that are on the same team/sport, click the Sport on the right side of the screen.
4. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
5. Click Ok.
6. Repeat this process for each team roster.

Assign all students (i.e.--all 9th grade students) to a Sport using the following steps.

1. Click the check box to the left of the column header such as SP1, SP2, etc.
2. An asterisk (*) will appear in the all cells in this column.
3. Click the Sport on the right side of the screen.
4. All asterisks will be changed to the selected Sport code.
5. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
6. Click Ok.

To edit/remove an existing sport

1. Complete the Setup Box options.
2. Scroll through the list of students to find the student(s) whose sport needs to be changed or removed.
3. Click the sport field beside the student name(s) that is incorrect. An asterisk (*) will appear. NOTE All students selected must be changing to the same sport or must need the sport to be removed.
   • To Change the Sport select the correct sport name on the right side of the screen.
   • To Remove the Sport select the blank line at the top of the sports list on the right side of the screen.
4. The sport will be corrected or removed as necessary and a message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
5. Click Ok.

Print Options

Print - This will allow the user to print the report.
