Feeder Report
This report will display the student and their previous school along with attendance and discipline information based on the date range selected on the setup box.
Menu Location
Student > Reports > Feeder Report
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.
School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code. 700 users will be able to choose multiple schools.
Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grade levels. Otherwise, choose the desired grade level.
As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
Show GPA on Report - Check the box to display the GPA on the report.
Sped:
- All - Select this to show all students.
- Sped Only - Select this to show Sped only students.
- Non Sped - Select this to show Non Sped students.
504:
- All - Select this to show all students.
- 504 Only - Select this to show 504 only students.
- Non 504 - Select this to show Non 504 students.
LEP:
- All - Select this to show all students.
- LEP Only - Select this to show LEP only students.
- Non LEP - Select this to show Non LEP students.
Sped:
All - Select to view all students.
Sped Only - Select to view only Sped students.
Non Sped - Select to view only non Sped students.
Skip Codes - Records that have the skipped codes will not be considered by the program.
Attendance Date Range:
From Date - Select to start the date range for attendance.
To Date - Select to end the date range for attendance.
Discipline Date Range:
From Date - Select to start the date range for discipline.
To Date - Select to end the date range for discipline.
OK - Click to continue.

Main
Column Header
Year - Student's year of enrollment.
Dist - Student's district of enrollment.
SIDNO - Student's identification number.
Student Name - Student's name.
Sch - Student's school of enrollment.
School Name - Name of the school.
GD - Student's grade of enrollment.
Gen - Student's gender.
Eth - Student's ethnicity.
Prev Sch - Student's previous school of enrollment.
Previous School Name - Student's previous school of enrollment.
Current GPA - Student's current GPA.
Absence Counts - Student's absentee count based on the setup box descriptions.
Tardy Counts - Student's total number of tardies for the year.
ISS - Number of days a student has been in In School Suspension.
OSS - Number of days a student has been in Out of School Suspension.
Expulsions - Number of times a student has been expelled.
Referrals - Number of referrals the student has received.
Mobility Rate - Mobility rate of students.
