Discipline CAP
This report shows the number and percentage of regular and special ed students that have been in ISS or OSS.
- The CAP % calculation is determined by whether the school is marked as an Alternative site on the Programs Offered tab of the Sponsor Site Editor.
- If no, then the program uses the October 1 enrollment.
- If yes, it uses the the Cumulative Enrollment number.

Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to their district only.
School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
From Date and To Date - A set of dates that limits the selection of records for the report to a beginning date (from) and an ending date (to) range.
Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grade levels. Otherwise, choose the desired grade level.
Ethnic - Leave blank or select all to include all ethnicities. Otherwise, choose a desired ethnicity.
Gender - Leave blank or select alla to include all genders. Otherwise, choose a desired gender.
Special Codes - Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired special code.
Program - Leave blank if all program codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired program code.
Report - The user can click in this box to select a report that was previously created.
Show Remote Scheduled Only - Click in the square to the left to select remotely scheduled students only.
Sped:
Sped Only - Select to view only Sped students.
Non Sped - Select to view only non Sped students.
504:
All - Select to view all students.
504 Only - Select to view only 504 students.
Non 504 - Select to view only non 504 students.
LEP:
All - Select to view all students.
LEP Only - Select to view only LEP students.
Non LEP - Select to view only non LEP students.
Military
All - Select to view all students.
Military Only - Select to view only military students.
Non Military - Select to view only non military.

Mobility Rate - Mobility rate of students
#of All Students with 1+ ISS Days - Number of all students with 1 + ISS Days
% of All Students with 1+ ISS Days - Percentage of all students with 1 + ISS Days
Total ISS Days - Total ISS days for all students
Average Length of ISS per Incident (days) - Average length of ISS per Incident (days)
# of Student's with 1+ ALT Days - Total number of all students with one or more of alternate site of suspension days.
% of All Students with 1+ ALT Days - Percentage of all students with one or more alternate site suspension days (# of all students with 1+ ALT days/Enrollment for Calculation).
Total ALT Days - Total number of alternate site suspension days.
Average Length of ALT per Incident (days) - Average length of alternate site suspension days per incident.
# of All Students with 1+ OSS Days - Number of all students with 1+ OSS Days.
% of All Students with 1+ OSS Days - Percentage of all students with one or more out of school suspension days (# of all students with 1+ OSS days/Enrollment for Calculation).
Total OSS Days - Total OSS Days for the school

Average Length of OSS per incident (days) - Average length of OSS per incident (days)
Oct. 1st SPED Enrollment - October 1st enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
Cumulative SPED Enrollment - SPED enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
Enrollment fo SPED Calculation - Cumulative SPED enrollment used for alternative sites, Oct. 1 SPED enrollment used otherwise.
% Enrolled as SPED - Percent of students enrolled as SPED, does not include gifted and talented students

Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - This will allow the user to print the report. The heading will display the year and grades that were selected in the setup box.
Help: Click to show written instructions and videos.
Save - Click save first and a box will appear to name the report. Then click to save the report.
Report - The user can click in this box to select a report that was previously created.
Legend: Click on legend and the print document box opens, click print to bring up and print the legend of incident codes
