Summary (Graphs)

If choosing a single school on the setup and not 700, the Current School Progress graph will only display information for the selected school. It will show a line graph for the year that shows the number of applications by month for the previous 12 months. There will be separate lines for SPC and ORS.

If you chose multiple schools or 700 on the setup box, the Current School Progress graph will display all schools and the Number of Applications Submitted graph will be removed. It will be a vertical stacked graph that depicts approved applications, submitted applications and in-process applications and each stack should be an individual school. The values will be percentages adding up to 100%.

Both bottom graphs will look either at a single school or all schools like the top two graphs will do.

Below are the graphs that are displayed on the Summary tab of the Online Registration System (ORS) Editor and the information that is displayed:

  • Current School Progress - It will display a bar graph of the percentage of applications that are Unsubmitted, Submitted, and Approved.
  • Number of Applications Submitted - It displays a line graph of submitted applications through ORS or SPC per month. (Only available if only one school other than school 700 is selected on the setup box.)
  • Number of Applications Approved - It displays a horizontal bar graph of approved applications through ORS or SPC.
  • Number of Applications Unsubmitted - It displays a pie graph of the percent of unsubmitted applications in ORS or SPC.
