Distribute
Name - Student's name.
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.
School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
Type - Type determines what type of distribution.
- The type of "Gradebook" is used as a grade in the gradebook.
- The type of "Non Gradebook" is directly assigned to student meeting the filter criteria and is not used as a grade in the gradebook.
Standards Group - The standard group filter for this distribute record.
State Code - Filter for user courses which have one or more of the selected state course codes.
Course - Filter for user courses who have one or more of the selected courses.
Exclude Course - Filter for user courses who have one or more of the selected courses.
Staff - Filters for users who have one or more of the selected staff id numbers.
Exclude Staff - Filters for users who have one or more of the selected staff id numbers.
Distribute Start - Date assessment becomes available to distributed users.
Distribute End - Date assessment becomes not available to distributed users.
Assessment Administration Defaults
Time Limit - Expected amount of time to take this assessment.
Publish Date - First time assessment data is viewable by the students.
Live Start Date - The time students can begin taking the assessment.
Live End Date - The time the students can no longer take the assessment.
Show Results Date - The time the students can review their results of taking the assessment.
Do not show results - Click to not show results.
Randomize Questions and Answers - Click to randomize questions and answers.
Accommodations - Defaults for testing accommodations of SPED, 504, and LEP
