Enrollment Status Form video

These instructions will give you a printout of the form students need for documentation of enrollment.


There are two methods for printing the form:

(1) through the Action button on the Student Master screen
(2) through the menu item under Student Master.


Method 1: Printing the form through the Action Button on the Student Master screen

  1. Select Student Master on the left side of the screen.
  2. Find the student using the Student Master find button.
  3. Click the Action button at the upper right of the window.
  4. Select Enrollment Status Form from the list of Actions.
  5. A print preview will appear on the screen.
  6. If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
  7. Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
  8. Click the Print button at the top left of the screen and this window will disappear.
  9. The screen will return to the Student master screen.


Method 2: Printing the form through the menu item under Student Master

  1. Select Lists under the Student Master area on the left of the screen.
  2. Select Enrollment Status Form and the Setup Box will appear.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for standard setup options.
  4. The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
Display SSN--Select this check box to include the student SSNs on the status form.
  1. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  2. The screen will display the following information:
    The first column will be a number indicating how many records are found matching the criteria based on the setup box. The remaining columns include School, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Sidno, Record.
  3. To Print the form click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. A print dialog box appears on the screen.
  5. Select the non-editing PDF version.
  6. Click Print at the bottom of the window.
  7. If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
  8. Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
  9. Click the Print button at the top right of the screen and this window will disappear.
  10. Close the print preview.
