• All Incident codes are transmitted to the state (except 99) if the referral is a Major referral.
• 

When the user enters an incident code that matches the same state number as an existing incident code already added, this warning box will pop up, "You are entering a duplicate state action on this referral. Are you sure you want to do this"?
