- Log into WebPams page
- On the left, click on SBLC
Under SBLC, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
- Click on EDIT Tracking that appears under List
- Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
- Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
- District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
- Grade: The cell defaults to an empty cell that will select all grades. The user may click in the cell and choose the grade(s) that are needed for the report.
- Stats At Risk Points Limit: Defaults to 0, this my be changed by clicking in the cell and deleted 0 and type the number for the report.
- Limit Students by Points: Defaults to an empty square to not limit students by points. The user may check the box to limit students by points.
- Show Students with Points>: Cell defaults to blank. User must type a minimum point(s)s in the cell.
- Student Master: Click on Student Master and a Student Master Options box populates.
- Include: The square populates to unchecked. Check the box if the user wants the Percent, Threshold Points,Older Student Years to be used. (The user must fill in the blanks to fit their needs for the report)

- Student Master: Click on Student Master and a Student Master Options box populates.
Click OK once all setup options have been set properly
