Discipline CAP

How-To

1. Log into WebPams page
2. On the left, click on Discipline
3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word Count
4. Click on Discipline CAP that appears under List
5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
   • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
   • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
   • From Date and To Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
6. Grade: Defaults to blank, this will show all grades, or click in the cell and choose the grades needed for the report from the pick box.
7. Ethnic: Defaults to blank, this will show all ethnics, or click in the cell and choose the ethnic(s) needed for the report from the pick box.
8. Show Remote Scheduled Only
9. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline CAP.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. Sch #: Number of the school
2. School Name: Name of school
3. Oct. 1st Enrollment: October 1st enrollment
4. Cumulative Enrollment: Total enrollment
5. Mobility Rate: Mobility rate of students
6. #of All Students with 1 = ISS Days: Number of all students with 1 + ISS Days
7. %of All Students with 1 + ISS Days: Per Cent of all students with 1 + ISS Days
8. Total ISS Days: Total ISS days for all students
9. Average Length of ISS per Incident (days): Average length of ISS per Incident (days)
10. # of All Students with 1+ OSS Days: Number of all students with 1+ OSS Days
11. % of All Students with 1+ OSS Days: Percent of all students with 1+ OSS Days
12. Total OSS Days: Total OSS Days for the school
13. Total OSS Incident Count: Total OSS Incident Count: Total OSS Incident Count for the school
14. Average Length of OSS per incident (days): Average length of OSS per incident (days)
15. Oct. 1st SPED Enrollment: October 1st enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
16. Cumulative SPED Enrollment: SPED enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
17. % of SPED Students with 1 + OSS Days: Percent of students enrolled as SPED, does not include gifted and talented students
18. # of SPED Students with 1 + OSS Days: Number of SPED students with 1 + OSS days, does not include gifted and talented students
19. % of SPED Population with 1 + OSS Days: Percent of SPED population with 1 + OSS days, does not include gifted and talented students

Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline CAP Page

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
4. Legend: Click on legend and the print document box opens, click print to bring up and print the legend of incident codes
