Suspension Occurrence Report

How-To

1. Log into WebPams page
2. On the left, click on Discipline
3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
4. Click on Suspension Occurrence Report that appears under List
5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
   • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
   • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
6. Grade: Defaults to all grades for the school. Click in the cell to make a selection from the pick box for the grade(s) that is need for the report.
7. Number of Suspension >=: Defaults to 1 for suspension or use the drop down arrow to select the number of suspension needed for the report.
8. Show: C
9. Show-Select the correct radio button for the desired identified students.
10. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Utility.
