How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  4. Click on Incident/Action Taken Matrix that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From Date and To Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
    • Active Only: Check the box for active only students
    • 'Show:
    • Numbers: Select the radio button the corresponds with the desired data needed
    • Type: Select the radio button the corresponds with the desired data needed either Numbers or Percentage
    • Incident Codes: The cell may be left blank to select all codes or click in the cell to make a selection of a particular code(s)
    • Show Remote Scheduled Only: Check the box if only remotely scheduled are to be shown.
  6. Click the OK button to begin the Incident and Action Taken Matrix


Buttons at the Bottom of the Allergies Report

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
