D - Click this column to remove the specified victim.
Victim - Victims name.
SIDNO - Victims school identification number.
D - Click this column to remove the specified perpetrator or delete the specified referral on this row.
Perpetrator - Perpetrator's name.
SIDNO - Perpetrator's school identification number.
Ref - Perpetrator's referral number.
Staff - Check this box if the event involved a staff member.
Teacher - Check this box if the event involved a teachert
Substitute - Check this box if the event involved a substitute.
Bus Driver - Check this box if the event involved a bus driver.
Other - Check this box if the event involved a type of individual not previously specified.
NOTE:
- If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is not checked on Referral Page 2, it will send a call to the parents immediately when the referral is created.
- If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is checked on Referral Page 2, no call is made to parents until the Administrative Action has been added to the Admin page.
- If the referral is a Major, it immediately sends a call to parents when the referral is created.
