How-to

  1. Log in to your district’s WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on "Grades"
  3. Under the heading "Entry", click on "Lesson Book"
  4. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year"
    • "District", and "School" should be defaulted based on security. If security permits, click in the "School" field to select the desired school
    • Click in field to the right of "Teacher" and select a teacher to review their lesson plans
    • Click "OK"
  5. Click on "Select Week" at the top to choose the desired week
  6. Colored circles appears in each lesson plan cell. These indicate a status:
    • White is Lesson not submitted.
    • Gray is Lesson submitted, but not “signed off” by school administrator
    • Green is Lesson “signed off” by school administrator
    • Red is Lesson not approved by school administrator.
  7. To view details on a lesson, hover in the cell. A set of small icons will appear at the bottom of the cell. Click the magnifying glass icon. A window will open with details.
  8. If there are lessons in need of a change by the teacher, click twice on the gray circle in the lesson cell. The first click will turn the circle green. The second click will turn the circle red. A comment box will appear for the Administrator to enter a message if needed.
  9. Gray colored cells that meet the Administrator’s approval can be left alone.
  10. When finished reviewing lessons, click the “Sign Off” button. The gray circles will turn green (approved). Any circle previously made red will remain red.
  11. To move to the next teacher, click on the “Teacher” listing at the bottom left. A colored circle will show the status of the teacher
