Posting Attendance

- On the left, click on "Grades". Under the heading "Entry", click on "WebGradebook"
- At the bottom of the Gradebook, verify the school year and teacher. Choose the course then marking period
- Click Attendance button at the top of the screen
- Your school administrator will have told you whether or not to take 1st period attendance by either Homeroom or by first period class. Click the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen to obtain a list of students.
- For each student that is absent, click the blue cell to the right of the student’s name
- Start of school time and the default check-out reason will automatically display in the OUT, CODE, EX, and O-REASON fields
- Click the ‘Sign off Roll Call’ button at the top of the screen
- Enter the count of students eating in the cafeteria and click Okay
