IEP Classroom Setting Count
This program contains student counts for each Site and Classroom Setting. The user can click on the student count to see the list of students in the site that have the selected classroom settings in the most recent IEP record. The most recent IEP record is determined based on the as of date on the setup box being after the IEP Committee Meet date or after the Service Plan Date.
Menu Location
On the left navigation panel, select Special Education > Count > IEP Classroom Setting Count.
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.
School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
OK - Click to continue.

Column Headers
Site - The student's enrollment site.
School Name - School name
Generic - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of generic
Inclusion - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of inclusion
Resource - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of resource
Mild - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of mild
Moderate - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of moderate
SEV/PRO - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of SEV/PRO
Autistic - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of autistic
Visually Impaired - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of visually impaired
Hearing Impaired - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of hearing impaired
Orthopedically Impaired - Count off students with a Classroom Setting of orthopedically impaired

Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
