SIS School Loader

The purpose of this program is to enter a site/school code on records of student that are attending another school besides the one to which they have been zoned. Some districts use a SIS school value for students attending a Program school. The SIS school is the school reported to the Louisiana DOE during data submissions.

1. Login to WebPams.
2. Select Loaders under the Student Master program area on the left of the screen.
3. Select SIS School Loader.

Setup Box Option

1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
3. Select the As of Date
4. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
5. The students will be listed on the left side of the screen with site codes and school names listed on the right.

Information displayed will include the following columns:

• GD--Grade level of the student
• Name--Student Name
• Sidno--Local ID number
• Homeroom--The homeroom teacher assigned to the student
• School--The school the student is attending
• SIS Sc--The SIS school, the school that is reported to Louisiana DOE.

1. The SIS school can be loaded for one student, more than one student, or to all students displayed on the screen.
