Plan Date List

This report will give student data for the Plan Date List.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

1. Exceptionality-Click in the cell to the right of Exceptionality and an Exceptionality box will populate-make your choice by clicking the square to the right. More than one may be chosen.
2. Placement-Click in the cell to the right of Placement and a Select Placement box will pop up. Make the choice of one or more by clicking in the square to the left of the corresponding number that represents the description of the placement.

Make the choices from the following list in the setup box by clicking in the square located to the left of the users` choice(s).

1. Exclude students with no exceptionality
2. Show Health Care Plans Only
3. Exclude Gifted/Talented students
4. Show Behavior Plans Only
5. Double Space Print

Click OK to run the report.

Column Headers

1. Except-Primary Exceptionality
2. SEC EXC-Secondary Exceptionality
3. Eval-Last evaluation date
4. IEP DT-Last IEP update
5. IEP Teacher-IEP holder for the student
6. Ser-Supplemental services
7. Health-Health Plan date
8. Behavior-Behavior Plan date
