Non Instructional Day Audit

Jump to navigationJump to searchThis program will display a list of students with at least one absentee record with a date that is a non-instructional date. You will also be able to delete these records from the attendance database.
Menu Location
On the left navigation panel, select Attendance > Lists > Non Instructional Day Audit.
Setup Options
OK - Click to continue

Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Rec Date--The date of the absentee record.
- Recnum--The record number of the absentee record. This is a computer generated data element and cannot be edited by a user.
Buttons at the bottom of the display
- Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
- Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.
- Help--This button links to the JCampus video and/or written instructions.
- Fix--This will delete selected records.
