TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER
- Top right of screen
- Click on the 3 Bars
- Click on Options
- Click on the Content
- Make sure there is not a check in:
- Block pop-up windows
- Click OK
TO CLEAR HISTORY or CACHE
- Top right of screen
- Click on the 3 Bars
- Choose Options
- Choose Privacy
- Click on Clear All Current History
- Check the first 4 details and click on "Clear Now" button
- Click “OK”
DISABLE TOOLBARS/EXTENSIONS
- Top right of screen
- Choose Add ons
- Choose Extensions
- Enable/Disable
PRINT DRIVER
- To default to Adobe Acrobat
- Go to the menu bar at the top and select tools->options
- Click on the button Applications
- In the search box you can type PDF
- Change the action (right hand side) to be Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)
RESOLUTIONS
- The best display screen resolution is 1024 X 768 or higher.
