Pressure Sealed Short Form List

This program lets you print a Student Information Verification form for mailing. It includes Student, Guardian, Mother, Father, emergency, etc. information on the form.

Menu Location

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master > Lists > Pressure Sealed Short Form List.

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Show JComm on Printout--checking this box lets parents opt out of jcall communications
• Show PSN on Printout--Show Personal Security Number

Click OK to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

Select one, some or all students of which to print the Short Form.
