First Period Student Report video
This program will create a list of students based on a selected class period. The setup box allows for the selection of a class period other than first period.
- Log in to WebPams
- Select Lists under the Student Master area on the left of the screen.
- Select First Period Student Report and a setup box will appear on the screen.
Setup Box Options
- Year--default value will be current year.
- District and School--values will be based on security settings for your username.
- Grades--to select all grades leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of grades; to select one or more grades click in the field and select the desired grade(s) from the popup list.
- Class Period--to select all class periods leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of class periods; to select one or more class periods click in the field and select the desired class period(s) from the popup list.
- Semester--to select all semesters leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of semesters; to select one or more semesters click in the field and select the desired semester(s) from the popup list.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- Name--student name
- Sidno--student local identification number
- Homeroom--homeroom teacher to whom the student has been assigned
- Grade--student grade level
- Period--class period in which the course is taught
- Teacher--teacher of the course
- Course--name of the course
- Semester--semester in which the class is taught
- School--site where student is enrolled
Additional Features
- Sort ascending order--click the column header or point to the right end of the column header field, then click the gold triangle to get a menu list which includes a sort ascending option
- Sort descending order--point to the right end of the column header field, then click the triangle at the right end of the column header and select the sort descending option
- Configure Sort--option to sort using multiple columns
