History - Pediculosis

--NOTOC__ The History - Pediculosis tab is to allow nurses to enter information containing lice screening results to be entered or edited on a single student.

Menu Location

Click on Health. Under Entry, select Health System, then History (bottom tab), next Specialty Dr (top tab).

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Date - The date that the screening was performed.
• Follow Up Date - The date of the follow up appointment.
• Pass - Indicates if was a pass or fail.
• Grade - Student's actual grade level for current school year
• RF - Who referred the student for screening.
• Comments - Nurse note/comment.
• Nurse - The nurse doing the screening.
