Audit Master Schedule to Courses video
How to
This program will audit courses found in the Master Schedule to the Course Catalog. Use the following steps to create the report.
- Login to WebPams.
- Select Scheduling from the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
- Select Lists.
- Select Audit Master Schedule to Courses.
Setup Box Options
- Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
- Click Ok to move to next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- District--District where course is being taught.
- School--School where course is being taught.
- Section--Section number of the course from Master Schedule.
- Teacher--Name of teacher found in the Master Schedule.
- Course--Name of course found in the Master Schedule.
- Grade--Grade of course from Master Schedule.
- Period--Period in which course is scheduled.
- Active--A Y indicates that the course can be found in Course Catalog as an active course.
- Missing--A Y indicates that the course has been deleted from the Course Catalog.
- Obsolete--A Y indicates that there is an obsolete flag in the Honors field in the Course Catalog.
Recommendations
- All Missing and Obsolete courses need to be reviewed.
- A Missing course will not have a state course code which is required when submitting schedule data to the state.
- An Obsolete course may not be recognized as an acceptable course by the state due to changes in state course codes.
- Work with your district people to edit the Course Catalog as needed and/or edit the Master Schedule.
- Run this report as many times as needed to review for Missing and Obsolete courses.
Print
- To print this report click the print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
