How to create a Dual Enrollment Audit.

This program will create an audit of the dual enrollment courses in the transcript file for a specific year. Information on the report will include the post secondary site and the credit hours which is important for the STS upload to the state.


Use the following steps to create the Dual Enrollment Audit.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Transcripts from the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Lists.
  4. Select Dual Enrollment Audit.


Setup Box

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select Ethnicity. Leave the Ethnicity field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnicity to select the desired ethnics to be included.
  4. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  5. Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definition of Column Headers

Student--name of student
Sidno--student id number
Eth--ethnicity of student 0 thru 5
Gen--gender of student
Gd--grade of student
Sch--school number offering the course
Course--course student is enrolled
Sem--semester of school year
Enrolled Dist--school district that the student is enrolled
Enrolled Sch--school where student is enrolled
College Hr--number of college hours for the course
Honors--is marked by a D to signify a dual enrollment course
